How long will it take to receive your order ?

- Processing time : 1-3 days (Working days)

- Shipping : Depending where you want the order shipped.

Depending on the country, the shipping can take up to 1-18 days or more. Delivery dates are approximate.
Some orders may take longer to arrive due to postal delays.

Will orders be tracked ?

Yes and No, -choice offered at checkout

Heavy items (Clay items): Tracked
Stickers and prints: Untracked; sent by letter
Mix of heavy items and prints etc...: Tracked

Depending on the product you purchase, I may not be able to offer a tracking code. Specifications on which item are tracked will be provided.Usually, heavy items such as clay/textile items etc… or, over a certain amount will be tracked. However, small items such as stickers etc…, will get standard shipping.

How will the orders be packaged ?

Nothing fancy,

Since I am starting out, packaging will be bubble mailers or reused* sending boxes.

Prints and stickers will be protected by cardboard against folding.

Sculpture or fragile items will be wrapped in bubble wrap or/and protected by a small box.

What are the return / exchange policies ?

Returns are accepted.
The buyer has 30 days to return the items.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. (Items must be unused)

What can you do if you receive your order damaged due to shipping ?

If unfortunately your order got damaged, send me an email (sugargrump@gmail.com) or send me a Direct Message on Instagram (@sugar.grump) letting me know.

Please provide pictures of the damaged item and your order number.

We will discuss the possible options regarding the situation.
